Vanity Station Rental
Cancellation Policy
Reservations and Refunds: All packages are non-refundable nor do we allow unused sessions to roll over to the next month. Sessions must be used within 30 days from the date of package purchase. If you need to cancel a session, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice. Usage: Renters are restricted from using all other treatment rooms in the studio. Acceptable items at the vanity stations include all makeup tools and products. If you need extra countertop space, we have fold out tables available. Dress Code: Renters must wear clean, professional attire that reflects a polished image. This includes business casual or professional clothing, such as slacks, blouses, skirts and dresses. Clothing such as overly casual, ripped jeans, sweats and gym attire is prohibited. Cleaning Requirements and Damage: Renters are to return the station back to it's original condition when their sessions are complete. This includes wiping down all areas used such as mirror, countertop and surrounding floor. Damages: Renters are responsible for repair costs related to any damages that occur during their session. Capacity: To ensure smooth, efficient and safe operations, we ask that your client bring no guests with them to their make-up appointment. This allows necessary crowd control, workflow optimization and client satisfaction throughout the entire space.
