How long does an appointment take?

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to fill out our health waiver. We schedule 45 minutes for each piercing appointment, that includes consultation, pre-numb, choosing your jewelry and completing the piercing service.

just got an ear piercing done but why is my jewelry post so long?

Accepted Answer

The jewelry post will be longer than expected at first because it's designed to accommodate swelling during the healing process. When you first get an ear piercing, the area around it tends to swell, and a longer post provides enough space to prevent the jewelry from pressing into the piercing or getting swallowed by your skin. Once the swelling goes down and the piercing fully heals, we advise you to come back to have the jewelry downsized for a more snug fit.

Can I get my belly button pierced if I have an outie?

If you have a true outie navel, you unfortunately can't pierce it. A normal navel piercing goes only through the surface skin at the edge of the navel, while an “outie” navel is more complex than simple surface skin; it is residual scarring from the umbilical cord. As such, an infected “outie” piercing can become dangerous quickly.

All package sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any treatment packages, regardless of usage. Please ensure you are committed to completing your treatments before purchasing a package.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Accepted Answer

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments. Deposits paid will be deducted from the total cost of the procedure(s). The remaining amount is due upon completion the day-of. We accept all major credit cards, interac debit, e-transfer and cash in the studio.

I want my eyebrows done for an event, how do I know when to book?

The best timeline:

The event is on Saturday, do not have your brows done on Monday or Tuesday as you are more than likely going to be beginning the skin flaking phase, this will be noticeable to the eye.

Now, you CAN get your brows done on Friday right before the event. They will be darker, but they will look nice and fresh - it's likely you will want to add some make-up to other parts of your face for your event and this is OK, as long as you avoid your brows!

How long does the eyeliner procedure take?

Initial procedures are booked for approx. 2-3 hours depending on the style of eyeliner you chose to do and the artist that is performing it.

How long does the lip tattoo procedure take?

Depending on the artist you see, we schedule anywhere from 2.5-3.5 hours for the initial procedure. Pre-consultation is included in this time frame and generally takes 30-45 minutes so don't expect to be getting tattooed for the entire time.

What is Scar & Stretch Mark Camouflage?

This treatment is a form of paramedical tattooing, depositing pigment beneath the surface of the skin in a scarred area, what we also call skin alterations.

The intent is to camouflage the white scar [stretch marks are also classified as a scar] into the surrounding skin. Our goal is to minimize the colour contrast and texture of the scar by upwards of 80%.
