A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments. Deposits paid will be deducted from the total cost of the procedure(s). The remaining amount is due upon completion the day-of. We accept all major credit cards, interac debit, e-transfer and cash in the studio.

Please make sure you are fully committed to your appointment's date and time as all deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable once to a new date and time in the event you need to reschedule. Specifically for cosmetic tattooing procedures: We have a 72 hour policy that applies for transferring deposits. If 72 hours notice is not given, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be asked to pay another deposit for a new scheduled appointment. In the event that your artist has to reschedule, deposits paid will be honoured and transferred to the new appointment. This policy helps us respect the time of our artists and ensure availability for all clients. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

If you are unable to make your appointment last minute and don't want to forfeit your deposit, we do allow transferring appointments as long as the new potential client passes our health screening first to ensure they are a candidate for the procedure(s). If they are not a candidate, the original deposit paid will be forfeited.

If you are to no-show your appointment you will forfeit your deposit and be required to be 100% of your remaining procedure(s) costs before scheduling a new one. Please note: Any cancellations, reschedules, or notifications made on the same day of your appointment time, it will be classified as a no-show and will be subject to our no-show fees/policy.We send out 2 automated text and emails the week of to remind clients of their appointment. If we don't have a valid email address, our system notifies us of the bounce-back. Sending out reminder texts on top of email reminders is our back-up just in case this happens. So there is no reason why you should forget about or no-show your appointment.

If one appointment runs late, they all run late. Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more with no prior communication are classified as a no-show. This will result in a forfeit of your deposit.

Unlike initial cosmetic tattoo procedures, we do not require a deposit for 6-8 touch-up appointments. However, these appointments still reserve a significant amount of time with your artist, and a 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy applies. If you need to cancel or reschedule your touch-up appointment, we require a minimum of 48-hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled touch-up appointment cost will be required before a new appointment can be booked.Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Any cancellations, rescheduling, or notifications such as voicemails and texts/emails that are received on the same day of your appointment time, will be classified as a no-show. In these circumstances, 100% of the scheduled touch-up appointment cost must be paid before another appointment can be booked.Appointment reminders are sent by both text message and email as a courtesy. It remains the client's responsibility to keep track of their scheduled appointment and ensure their contact information is current. We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. Exceptional situations may be reviewed at management's discretion.

Once the procedure has begun, and you decide to for whatever reason not proceed, you will forfeit your deposit. Once the procedure(s) is complete, no refunds will be given. During consultations, the client and artist must agree on shape (outline) and colour before tattooing begins. This applies for brows, lips and eyeliner. Your artist will use their knowledge and expertise to give you anatomy correct shape and placement of the tattoo. We encourage clear communication from the client during consultations to ensure we can deliver and meet your expectations. With that being said, if we do not feel comfortable proceeding based on requests that are compromising our work's results, we reserve the right to deny service. If you and your artist cannot come to an agreement of shape (outline) and colour of the tattoo, your deposit will be forfeited. We also reserve the right to deny service if our policies are not respected and if we feel on-going issues with a client such as, repeatedly no-showing their appointments.
