What is your refund policy for treatment packages?

All package sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any treatment packages, regardless of usage. Please ensure you are committed to completing your treatments before purchasing a package.

How long do I have to use my treatment package?

All treatment packages must be used within 12 months (1 year) of the purchase date. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Do your cancellation and no-show policies apply to package bookings?

Yes. Appointments booked using a package are still subject to our standard cancellation policy. If you cancel, reschedule within 24 hours, or no-show, you will be required to pay 50% of the service cost before booking your next appointment. This ensures we respect the time of our providers and maintain fair availability for all clients.

Can I transfer my package to someone else?

Treatment packages are non-transferable and must be used by the person listed on the original purchase.

Can I split my package sessions between different treatments?

Packages are only valid for the specific treatment type listed at the time of purchase. Sessions cannot be split or substituted for other services unless we are having a specific sale that offers otherwise.

Do packages come with any guarantees on results?

Results may vary depending on individual skin types, conditions, and adherence to aftercare protocols. While we strive for excellence, no specific results are guaranteed.

How do I keep track of how many appointments I've used?

Our booking system, Acuity, will automatically track how many appointments you've used and how many remain. You can check your remaining sessions anytime using the email or code provided at the time of purchase. We will also have a record on our end, in case you're unable to view them.
